Study Of Metaphor In Russian Economiic Discourse

From ancient times, scholars were already keen to study metaphor. From then tocontemporary linguistic scientist Aristotle, metaphor has been studied for thousands of years.Metaphor is not only reflected in the linguistic study, but also in the sociology, psychology,cultural studies and between other disciplines also received wide attention. Metaphor as arhetorical device, is mysterious, it is closely related with the language, and the language ispresented as an important carrier of culture, the study of metaphor will also learn onelanguage and the language user’s culture. This is one of the reasons why metaphor is sopopular.In recent years, the concept of discourse or text gradually gets into the line of languageresearchers sight. The history of studying discourse or text is not very long, but in academicfields it has caused no small controversy. The definition of discourse has not yet reached aconsensus view. Russian economic discourse as a unique part of discourse research value notinferior to Russian political discourse. In the inheritance of predecessors and on the basis ofresearch results, this paper starts with a unique perspective on metaphor and carries out adetailed description and analysis through the Russian Economic Discourse metaphor research.This paper uses statistical analysis to classify discourse on the Russian economy, useillustrations for Russian Economic Discourse analysis of metaphor to analyze through thepresentation of the national language to tap the deeper forms of national character and richethnic connotations. This study is divided into four parts: The first chapter is an introductionpart of the paper focuses on academic research background and theoretical and practicalsignificance and research status, etc.; second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study, theauthors selected the most representative contemporary metaphor theory point of view werepresented and analyzed; in the third chapter of this paper leads to the concept of discourse, and its definition of a more detailed explanation, according to the Russian economy ischaracterized by its induction Discourse and classification; fourth chapter is part of this papersublimation paper through the first three chapters of the contents of the accumulation,according to the Russian economic Discourse metaphorical uses features extracted from it andreflected the Russian national characteristics and cultural connotations.
