| This paper tries to restore the life situations and the creationcircumstances of women writers who live in regions south of the YangtzeRiver in Qing Dynasty by analyzing their writings, as well as othercontemporary literatures. First, the paper systemizes the decorations,apparels, entertainment (e.g. cigarettes, spirits, tea, admiring flowers et.al), education, poetry, painting and calligraphy, and embroidery in thattime. Then, representative women writings which are throughout historydocuments are being used as clues to relate and analyze above mentionedaspects. Readers can be able to achieve profound understandings throughthe reproducing lives of girls from respectable families. |
