Since2004,the first Confucius Institute in Seoul had been established,the globalConfucius Institute were springing up rapidly build and gradually developed. By theend of the December2012,the world has established400Confucius institute and535Confucius classroom,located in108countries (regions), the world number oflearning Chinese has more than40million. The construction of the ConfuciusInstitutes not only broaden the Chinese international promotion channel but alsobecome the main force of overseas Chinese teaching and the spread of the Chineseculture. Tajikistan National University Confucius Institute in the background becauseof its attention connotative development operation mode and become the worldConfucius Institute big luminescent spots. It provides the central Asia but even theworld Confucius institute connotative development mode and the typical case.The article is to this phenomenon a preliminary study and research. TakingTajikistan National University Confucius Institute local students, Chinese volunteersand foreign language teachers as objects, with the foundation of the theories ofcommunication, social psychology and pedagogy,the cultural teaching as thebreakthrough point,through the system theory analysis and research, promoting thestudents’ understanding of the language cultural target and identity,increasing theclass knowledge, vivid and interesting to let the Chinese teachers and volunteersbetter combining the teaching practice with innovation, making the Chinese cultureteaching more advantageous to the learners’ language ability training anddevelopment.The article using the method of questionnaire and interview method to know thestudents of the Tajikistan National University Confucius Institute how to learnChinese culture, the problems of learning culture and how they solve the problems.And to know the Chinese teachers and volunteers in the whole teaching process usewhat methods,what kinds of teaching problems,how to solve these problems and atpresent the teacher meet what cultural teaching difficulties. By the way,the view ofthe local students,the opinions or suggestions of the Chinese teachers should also begiven.By the Introduction,the status quo,the analysis,the countermeasures,theconclusion five parts.The introductory section of this article mainly elaborated the topics reason,the practical significance of the theory,research objects and methods. Research alsoincludes the related theory as well as articles and important core concepts. The present situation have the two levels of the structure components: the firstis from Tajikistan National University Confucius Institute development shows thenecessity of cultural teaching; The second layer from Tajikistan National UniversityConfucius Institute since establishing has held various activities to let Tajikistanstudents understanding Chinese culture situation.By the analysis of the three levels of the structure components: the firstlayer is for Tajikistan National University Confucius Institute students the culturalteaching investigation and analysis by the chart and copy to find culture teachingproblems; The second is from Tajikistan National University Confucius Institutecurrently use all kinds of teaching materials in understanding students’ learningChinese culture.To solve these problems,the strategy not only illustrate the Tajikistan ConfuciusInstitute of the successful cultural teaching cases but also take various strategyspecification hoping to provide other Confucius Institute a good example. At thesame time, the author also found some shortcomings to put forward the TajikistanNational University Confucius Institute cultural teaching strategies.The epilogue of the article is to make a few points of the cycle of the TajikistanNational University Confucius Institute teaching strategies revelation and thelimitations of the study, in order to clear the future direction of the perfection.
