The development of cultural industry and economic society complement each other, theeconomy develops to a certain extent gave birth to the cultural industry. Although China started late on the cultural industry, but the importance are significant..Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is rich in culture resources, has the natural advantages in thedevelopment of cultural industry. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the most energetic growth pole inChina, how to coordinate the development has risen to the height of national developmentstrategies, this is a great opportunity for three areas. Therefore, Beijing-Tianjin–Hebei regionculture industry should develop in harmony, integrate and mobilize the resources effectively.This paper studies the the cultural industry in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region based on theanalysis of qualitative and quantitative angle. In order to have a general understanding of theBeijing Tianjin Hebei region culture industry, first analyzes the input and output in everyelements of the three regions. Then design an index system for the development of culturalindustry, and calculate the area index of2004-2012, analyze the level of developmentof cultural industry in each area, finally obtains the conclusion that development level ofcultural industry is mainly dominated by the demand and the scale expansion. Theoutput levels did not keep up with the development level of cultural industry. In the future, itwill further promote the coordinated development of the cultural industry system that toimprove cultural industry development level and the contribution of output. Throughthe scores of factor analysis finding the differences and similarities in the development of thethree, analyze the problems in the development of cultural industry, and then attempt toprovide suggestions for the sustainable development of the three.
