Research On The Development Of Cultural Industry Agglomeration In Beijing,tianjin And Hebei

Cultural industry as a national strategic industry,its important feature is the spatial agglomeration,in the process of the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation,the three cultural industry cluster has not effectively developed,affecting the three cultural synergies.Because of the great differences in the development of cultural industry agglomeration,the level of cultural industry agglomeration in Tianjin and Hebei is relatively backward.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the development of cultural industry agglomeration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The research on the development of cultural industry agglomeration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei includes three aspects:analysis of cultural industry agglomeration competitive advantage,disadvantage analysis and calculation of cultural industry concentration.This paper analyzes the cultural industry of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the six aspects of human capital,cultural resources,infrastructure,cultural market demand,government and related industry development in the aspects of analyzing the competitive advantage of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei cultural industry agglomeration competitive advantage,revealing the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural industry has a strong competitive edge.In the aspect of inferiority analysis,it is found that there is a large gap between the three places of cultural industry concentration,and the concentration of cultural industry in Beijing is much higher than that of Tianjin and Tianjin Hebei.And then from four aspects of the formation of the reasons,the financial investment and financing environment,human capital,government investment and cultural consumption analyse of the gap and found that:Tianjin and Hebei in these four areas have a disadvantage cause the different Levels of Cultural Industry Agglomeration Development between Tijin and Hebei.On the basis of this analysis,according to the actual situation of the cultural industry development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region,and draw lessons from the development experience of Australia,Britain and the United States,put forward several policy suggestions,namely:changing the concept of talent cultivation,promoting the formation of talent;collaborative funds to achieve diversification of cultural industries investment and financing;to build a unified cultural market,the release of cultural prosperity of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei culture;enhance the government culture management and service capabilities.
