Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Cultural Industry Park Development Of Qujiang

At present, from national level low to city-county level, scramblingly constructtingcultural industry park became the most popular initiatives for developing culturalindustries at all regions. Therefore, building a scientific and comprehensive evaluationsystem to verify effects of cultural industry park construction is an essential issue.Qujiang as "National Cultural Industry Demonstration Park", given more preferentialpolicies to support, development model achieved better outcomes, so take it as theobject of evaluation study has major typical and practical significances.Firstly, dissectting what functions culture industry park harbors, scientificly andclaritily define culture industry park, which is the most important prerequisite forevaluation research. Deeply analysize and interpret culture industry park associated withmulti-disciplinaries and multi-dimension theories, clarify necessity and scientific forinterventing other disciplines to culture industry park evaluation.Then, explorringdimensions for cultural industry park development’s evaluation based on sociology,economic, urban function, cultural dimension, history and geography, construct a newset, optimized and integration comprehensive evaluation index system of culturalindustry park development; Then, use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphimethod to determine index weight.Finally, take Qujiang cultural industry park as an object, which be examinedthrough the new integrated evaluation system. Results show: the whole comprehensiveevaluation value is4.3494, located in Y∈(4,6], belongs "strongly sustainabledevelopment", means, Qujiang Cultural Industry Park development has achieved thegoal "sustainable development", through comprehensive validation frommulti-disciplinaries and multi-domain views; Among them, external environment and economic evaluation value respectively achieved0.4945and1.7780, are plotted at Y≤2,belongs "weakly play benefits"; development level evaluation vaule is3.2335, fell onY∈(2,4], belongs "basically play benefits"; Evaluation value of sustainabledevelopment is4.8698, fell on Y∈4,6], belongs "better strongly play benefits"; socialbenefits evaluation vaule is7.0387, fell on Y>6, belongs "strongly play benefits ". atlast, put forward suggestions to further optimization and development of park, basis onproblems in test from sociology, economic, urban function, cultural dimension, historyand geography aspects.
