The language of Li minority in Hainan is divided into five dialect area, which areha Qi, Rui,Mei fu and Jia mao dialect. In the five dialect areas, the use of most is Hadialect area, about58﹪,which is one of the most representative dialect area. Before thereform and opening up, due to traffic economic factors have little influence on Lilanguage in hainan island.So the local language remains its native feature such as use ofnouns, verbs, numerals and quantifiers, adjective etc. However with convinces of thetransportation, the popularity of the public media, the way of their life are greatlychanged, include their mode of production, and cultural heritage. In this impact, themost profound and the most severe is the language of the Li minority. In addition, inChina, modern Chinese as the use of language function is more and more strong, due tothe further penetration of Chinese, especially the radio, film, television, network media,the influence of Li language as a weak language, its function is in the state of decline. Inthe switch to a language phenomenon appeared in the process of development, ethniclanguages from a single language to bilingual or even multilingual language evolutionphenomenon, to analyze the language contact theory can apply linguistics and inlanguage contact theory, the language evolution in "internal factors leading to theevolution of" and "the evolution of language" two basic types. After the type oflanguage evolution by historical linguists’ universal attention in recent years, become aimportant research field of historical linguistics.The introduction part will state the contact linguistics research situation and historyof research in Li language, the study of sign language mainly outlined the currentlanguage contact theory research results, and the choice of research methods in thispaper. Then this part will state the li language study of previous works and the people,which aimed to find this article research the innovation of the place, using the newtheoretical analysis of influence in language development.The paper will mainly state the development of li language through the law of theinternal and external factors. In the internal rule of language, this article will introducethe voice, vocabulary and grammar in Ha dialect area. Through the analysis of thetranscription of voice from the aspects of exploring, we can find the Li language has itsfeature and system. Even in present Chinese language as a powerful language, vocabulary has changed but there are lots of constantly words into the li languagevocabulary system. New words into the part will lead to the demise of native vocabulary,but also have positive roles in the li language system. New words play vital role inmaintain the vitality of national language. But language and society is not static,although li language has its own rules of language use, but facing a tidal wave of socialdevelopment, economic, political, cultural and social development of the impact ofthese external factors make the development of Li language facing the challenges of theinheritance and protection. This part will introduce the external factors to demonstrateits protection of li language caused by negative effects. This chapter mainly combinedwith knowledge of ethnology and linguistics, from li ethnic psychological qualityspeakers, to study and analysis of national culture and national identity, etc. Throughthis paper research and analysis, the paper tries to find out the reason of restrict the lilanguage development.In the aspect of language factors, this paper mainly uses the research questionnaireand combines with the theories of language contact to analyze. In this section will beinvolved in the cause of increasing division of li ethnic language, not only from Chineselanguage as a powerful language for its impact, but also focusing on the analysis of lilocal user language attitude problem. Li language inheritance and development of facingcrisis of another factor is that they don’t have your own words, the inheritance oflanguage can only rely on word of mouth, this limits the li language’s development. Inthis section, this paper will focus on the reason of the feature of Li language discontinue.Although vocabulary development can enhance the vitality of language, but Li languagein the face of strong Chinese influence, especially in recent years appear directly borrowwords from Chinese, although li language has its own vocabulary system, but a largenumber of loanwords introduced has let the local people’s loss of ability to use theirnative language to word formation, so this chapter will analyze how Chinese affects theli language vocabulary system.
