"You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)has a high frequency of utilization in contemporary Chinese and it can easily combine with other words. During the development of language,"You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)changed from a cross-layer structure which meant "little" to a degree adverb which meant "low degree". Meanwhile "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)experienced a process of grammaticalization from notional word to function word. Nowadays the study on the grammaticalization is paid close attention to. But papers or books about systematically studying grammaticalization of "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)is few. Most scholars are favor on describing "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)by synchronic plane, including the characteristic of "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”), the combination ability and the commendatory or derogatory sence of the add parts and so on. So based on the previous studies, we analysis the theories of grammaticalization combined with "San Ge Ping Mian" and we synthetically use synchronic describing and diachronic explain. That we can clear up and analysis the grammaticalization of "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)and sum up it’s route of grammaticalization and explain it’s incentive and degree of grammaticalization.The article is divided into six chapters:Chapter one is an introduction of previous studies which involve the studies on "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)and in this part we try to explain the shortage of previous studies on "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”).In this part, the article’s thinking, significance, methods and linguistic data will be introduced. Chapter two divides the Chinese history into three parts——ancient Chinese, modern Chinese and contemporary Chinese——by the boundaries of Later Han Dynasty and Five Dynasties. These three parts are the important phases of grammaticalization of "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)and stand for the different time of different characteristics of "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”).The age of Before Later Han Dynasty and Five Dynasties was ancient Chinese and "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)on that time it was a cross-lay structure. The period of Yuan, Ming and Qing was modern Chinese and it’s important to the grammaticalization of "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”).So to say that "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)finished it’s grammaticalization at that time. It developed gradually from a cross-lay structure to a degree adverb, up to finish the grammaticalization.Chapter three clarifies our different opinions about when did "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)finish its grammaticalization. We think "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”)has finished its grammaticalization.in period of Ming and Qing Dynasty and we can prove it by its semantics, grammar, pronunciation and frequency of utilization. As a result, we mainly describe and analysis the grammaticalization degree and judgement standard of "You (Yi) Dian"(“有(一)点”).Chapter four tries to probe the incentive, including sentence structure reasons, semantics reasons, cognition reasons and pragmatics reasons.Chapter five states the sequences of "You Dian"(“有点”)and "You Yi Dian"(“有一点”).We try to distinguish cross-lay structure "You Yi Dian"(“有一点”)with "You Dian"(“有点”)and degree adverb "You Yi Dian"(“有一点”)with "You Dian"(“有点”)Chapter six is the summary.
