There have been systematic studies about the introduction of western science and the development of China’s scientific enlightment in the academic field. It is a long history from In the course of global development,"consumer society" has got the final recognition. In the early20th century, the western countries became consumer society successively by American-led. Then consumer went into the mind of everyone. The passion of researching the theory of consumer society, which has a significant impact, is great all the time for the research scholars. The thesis takes the theory of consumer society of Jean Baudrillard for example, in the perspective of Marxism consumption alienation. This thesis tries to exploring the theoretical background and practical background, then exposing the nature of capitalistic control of symbol consumer, from dissecting the theory of consumer society.The thesis is made up of4chapters. Chapter one briefs the research background of the theory of consumer society, including research status and theoretical&practical significance. Chapter two briefs the main origin of the theory of consumer society of Baudrillard. Part one shows the theory of consumer society of Marx and Engles. Part two shows the theory of consumer society of Western Marxism. Part three shows the theory of consumer society of Post-modernism. Chapter three briefs core content of the thesis. Part one shows the contextual analysis of theory. Part two shows the main points of theory. Part three shows the inner logic of theory. Chapter four briefs the comments on the theory of Baudrillard, in the perspective of Marxism consumption alienation.
