The Study About Kong Wuzhong And His Poetry

Kong Wuzhong,Changfu,bornin Linjiang Xingan(Today’s Minjiang State,JiangxiProvince)in the Northern Song Dynasty.He is the forty-seventh generation descendant ofConfucius,he and his brothers Kong Wenzhong,Kong Pingzhong collectively referred to as“SanKong”.They and Er Liu of Linjiang State,San Zeng of Nanfeng State,San Hong of Poyang Stateand Wang Jingguo,Ouyang Xiu,who co-created the prosperity of the culture of Jiangxi Provincein Song Dynasty.As one of the San Kong,Kong Wuzhong had a big impact in the Northern SongDynasty in the aspect of politics and literature.As a politician,he was active during the dynastiesof Xining,Yuanfeng,Yuanyou and has made outstanding achievements in his post.As alitterateur,he is a writer of books and articles in a variety of fields and his poems had rich contentand unique style,while praised by the people and future generations.Kong Wuzhong was activein the Northern Song Dynasty in politics and literature and he was in frequent contact with theimportant historical figure.This also improve his position in history.While the current research onKong Wuzhong are mixed in the study about“San Kong”.This paper focuses on KongWuzhong’s life experiences and poems to analyze the perspective of Kong Wuzhong and hiswoks from the two aspects of politics and literature.By studying and analyzing his workscarefully,we will achieve the purpose of reproducing the historical figure.The paper includes three parts:Introduction,Text,and Epilogue.The introduction mainlydiscusses Kong Wuzhong’s important position in the Northern Song Dynasty in literature andpolitics,and his influence at that time and later generations.In the end the author makes adescription on the researching context,actuality and means of the paper.The body part of thepaper has a more comprehensive study on Kong Wuzhong about his life and his poetrycreation.This part is divided into the following parts chapters:The first chapter:Firstly,there is a brief analysis of the Kong Wuzhong,s familybackground.secondly the author introduces his political life and the relationship between him andthe political reformation of Wang An-shi,and the clique struggles during northern song and othermajor political events,as well as the influence on him.Based on the analysis,we analyse hispolitical views In-depth. The second chapter:Starting from the writer’s identity,analyse the origin of KongWuzhong’s literature from the four aspects of era background,regional culture,and familytradition,and sums up his contributions in literary theory from his creation practice.The third chapter:Kong Wuzhong at that time and later generations have an importanthistorical status can’t do without the effect of close relationship between he and importanthistorical figures of the time.They give the poetry of Song power.This chapter mainly introducesthe interaction about Kong Wuzhong and the Er Su,Huang Tingjian.The fourth chapter:We analyses the main content of Kong Wuzhong,s poetry.According tothe content of poetry will be divided into four categories,pay attention to the livelihood of thepeople,to express the inner feelings,travel notes,object-chanting poetry.And have an in-depthstudy on his poems from breadth and depth to explore its poetry content.The fifth chapter:Mainly analyse the artistic achievements of Kong Wuzhong’spoetry.Under the background of the Song Dynasty,the natural of his poetry get rid of SongPoetry’s characteristic,but he can learn different types of writer’s nutrition into fresh andmagnificent with artistic style.The conclusion mainly summarizes the article and the Kong Wuzhong’s influence on latergenerations,and lists the descendants of his evaluation.
