| In the background of socialist market economy, Yiwu is developed as "China Commodity City",which has been called the "Yiwu mode". The study is to investigate current situation of entrepreneurs’cognition and practice of business ethics in Yiwu commodity market, to sum up the promotion tobusiness ethics in Yiwu on business development, to know the transformation of business ethics infurther development. And putting forward suggestions for the construction of business ethics.A survey was conducted, according to which the four dimensions were summarized: care,contribution, efficiency, fair.306entrepreneurs were inquired about their cognition and practice ofbusiness ethics in Yiwu commodity market. The main findings are as follows: In the Yiwu commoditymarket, entrepreneurs’ cognition and practice of business ethics are significantly different betweeneducational level and enterprise scale, but no different between gender, age, industry experience. Basedon feature analysis,entrepreneurs is doing better in humanity management, concerning socialdevelopment, respecting the rights and interests of consumers. However, there is insufficient, which isthe phenomenon that copying infringement is obvious, competition is not ruled.There are three aspects to promote entrepreneurs’ cognition and practice of business ethics:Administrative guidance, social supervision, managers’ learning. Government is playing the dominantrole in administrative guidance. Government should take efforts to strengthen the credit-building,optimize services function, make guided policies to encourage ethical behavior; The social supervisionis mainly based on NGO,which is playing a more important role in environmental ethics, social interestsand the others’ interests, fair competition; Entrepreneurs are playing the dominant role in managers’learning., which includes establishing correct ethics, forming ethical culture in corporate andstrengthening ethics education and training to improve the entrepreneurs’ cognitive of business ethics. |
