Beginning in the1980s, China’s reform and opening up as well as the socio-economic and political tremendous changes brought new thoughts to the Chinese art, prints, was once regarded as a "weapon of the revolution," the kind of art in this period bythe strong impact of the boom of the shares of thinking, and demonstrate its new style. School in printmaking began to rise, and all kinds of lyrical prints of rage so black-and-white woodcut either in style or in the themes and technically emerged as a colorful and very prosperous scene. Artists from the shackles of the traditional language, with more of their own ideas on the shape, composition, and the pursuit of beauty, the contents of the screen is no longer based on the traditional main revolutionary themes. Prints of various places become active frequent exchanges.
