Based on the text of New Versification upon the Jade Station, thisarticle hackles the role consciousness of the writers of every work in this book anddraws on the experience of the Methods of literary psychology to analyze andcontrast the creation mentality between the male writers and female writers andreflects the male scholars’ attention on the women’s survival status. This articlealso shows that New Versification upon the Jade Station aimed at describing everysphere of women’s lives which broadly reflects the feudal social women’s lives anddestiny. What’s more, it expresses the poets’ heartfelt appreciation and respect forwomen.This article is in three parts. The first part discusses writers themselves’poetry of roles, namely works in line with their won identities and status. The firstsection is male poetry of roles. From the lyrical narrative point of view, it is dividedinto the third person narrative and lyric and the first-person narrative and lyricwhich show men’s vision and mind. The second section is female poetry of roles. Itmainly uses the first person narration to indicate female twists and turns tactfulheart. The husband and wife conversation is the special part of the poetry of rolesin the third section which mainly analyze couple’s part and leave as well asdifferent ways of expressing feelings.The second part focuses on works of substitution and simulation. The“substitution” here means the work the author wrote for the help of someone or inthe tone of someone. And “simulation” refers to works that illustrate one thing orexpress a kind of feeling with the other gender tone.The third part discusses the change of roles. In a poem or a group of poems, awriter would change his roles automatically because of the need of lyrical narrativeangle.
