The Art Style And Influence Of Lin Fengmian And Xu Beihong

The author as an initial Chinese painter in this thesis tries to studythe art development of Mr.Lin Fengmian and Mr.Xu Beihong in theirChinese paintings with method of comparison. The author has studiedthe two painters’ the different drawing characteristics affected bythe different school of painting when they studied in Europeancountries and also the two painters’ mature and specific drawingcharacteristics that are formed gradually in their lives after theycame back China as well as two painters’specific drawing affect tothe domestic Chinese painting development. With these studies, theauthor tries to find the changes way of the different painting methodat Chinese painting creation concept affected by these two painters.These two different schools of painting led by two famous Chinesepainters has promoted the Chinese painting inherit and development.At the influences of two painters with their different drawingcharacteristics, some famous Chinese painters paintings have appearedin Chinese painting platform such as Mr.Zhao Wuji, Mr.Zhu Dequn, Mr.WuGuanzhong as the representatives of expressionism and also as Mr.WuZuoren, Mr.Wang Shikua and Mr.Ai Zhongxin as the representatives ofrealism. The two famous painters’ drawing products has brought freshair of old Chinese art and appeared beautiful art display at Chinesepainting platform. Nowdays, two major Chinese painting schools havealready formed in China as the representatives of China Academy ofArt and Central Academy of Fine Arts at the leadership of these twofamous Chinese painters.
