Ethical medicine resources in Guizhou province is a big advantage resources be richly endowed by nature. In order to inherit and carry forward the national culture, give full play to local pharmaceutical characteristics, make this a medical miracle dedication to the society, but also to Hong Yang national culture, its local characteristics. Our national medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, is also facing many problems. Such as nationality medicine higher education level is low, lack of protection for intellectual property and professionals of ethnic-minority medicine, medicine resources sustainable utilization etc.. Higher education popularization and the promotion of national medicine plays a very important role.This paper first introduces the relationship between ethnic medicine culture, higher education, medicine and national culture and higher education, put forward the development of national medicine culture is inseparable from the higher education, and gradually extends to the inevitability of the development of Guizhou ethnic medicine in higher education. Secondly, joining the status of knowledge about ethnic medicine culture reflected in the questionnaire of the Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine students, and the present situation, students of ethnic medicine culture acceptance and recognition, again through the data analysis to the existing problems and reasons of Guiyang National Medicine Culture and school education, and puts forward the cultural education school national pharmaceutical improvements and, finally, to construct Guizhou Province ethnic medicine culture education through the investigation.
