Modern philosophy by introducing "Dasein" concept, from a metaphysical point of viewthat the generation of meaning of the text must be "Dasein" understanding and interpretation ofart, history and other humanities disciplines such, natural science is no exception. However, after"Dasein " understanding and interpretation of social theory and the theory of nature can still bedistinguished from each other, and even different social theory, between different natural theoryalso can be mutually different. Newton’s theory, as the theory of natural outstandingrepresentative from the metaphysical point of view, and social theory has the same ontologicalstatus, but from the epistemological point of view, to understand who reinterpretation does notchange its objective nature, does not change its scientific, truth. Newton’s theory ofcharacteristics in terms of content and even language are expressed in terms of the characteristicsof it as a guarantee of objective truth.The paper is divided into four parts:Part one is about the history of hermeneutics and basic theoretical explanation. By outliningthe development process of hermeneutics overview explains the basic theory concepts, providesconceptual tools for article.Part two is about Newton’s theory and the humanities ontological consistency. Newton’stheory by showing existence and meaning of the production process to illustrate Newton’s theoryand the humanities in ontological consistency that philosophical hermeneutics can penetrate intothe ontological aspect among the natural sciences, or natural theory also complete withHermeneutics characteristics.Part three is about Newton’s theory and the humanities in the epistemological differences.Compare Newton’s theory and the humanities in the form of language and language content andother aspects of diversity, illustrative hermeneutic theory to explain the theory of natural theoryof non-destructive nature of the objective scientific.Part four is the Conclusions. As an outstanding representative of the natural theory ofNewtonian theory even after a scientific explanation of a scientific theory. Western scholars errorlies with the text on the same ontological status may be denied the text epistemologicaldifferences.
