The Ethical Problems Of Artificial Intelligence And Its Countermeasures

But like any other new technology, artificial intelligence technology brings benefits to mankind also brings many ethical problems.The article first introduces the history of the development of artificial intelligence technology, and its applications and their impacts. And by enhancing public ethics to create a good atmosphere of the development of artificial intelligence techniques. Finally, on the institutional and normative level:by formulating relevant laws, taking the "for the benefit of mankind " as the ultimate goal of artificial intelligence technology ethical guidelines and establishing it’s highest principles of development:"people-oriented" and strict supervision of all aspects of the development of the new artificial intelligence technical products and managing the use of artificial intelligence technical products scientifically to standardize and guide the development of artificial intelligence technology.The human society will develop and progress continuously, to promote the development of science and technology is the inevitable choice of contemporary people. The development of artificial intelligence technology will continuously to influence people’s work, study and life, and bring more benefits and conveniences to mankind but also for humanity more new ethical issues. We should reflect and summarize the ethical issues of artificial intelligence techniques and take the appropriate coping strategies timely to avoid disadvantages to reap more benefits for human.
