Research On The Ethical Issues Of The Development Of Artificial Intelligence

Since 1956,artificial intelligence has emerged as a discipline for the first time,artificial intelligence technology is developing rapidly.At present,weak AI has been applied to every aspect of our life.Modern Internet big data retrieval,intelligent driverless vehicle research,smart home appliance application and so on,make AI not only stay at the theoretical level,but also make our life full of AI achievements.Meanwhile,the "Alice" high simulation chat robot and the "Alfa dog" defeated the Korean chess player Li Shishi,also let the "Ai threat theory" start to fill the whole public opinion.There should be no delay on researching AI problems,In order to find solutions,to contribute in the development of artificial intelligence,the author attempts to use the knowledge of its own ethics to analysis reasons of ethical problems in artificial intelligence perspective and dialectical philosophy.This paper include five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter describes the emergence,development and classification(strong AI and weak AI)of AI technology,and the impact of AI application on human society.The third chapter fully describes the ethical problems arising from the development of AI,including the three suspense of AI: can AI really be endowed with human thinking? Is there a limit for artificial intelligence? And whether artificial intelligence is really controllable by human?At the same time,researchhing the main reasons for the three major suspenses which are: whether artificial intelligence should be given "human rights";Whether artificial intelligence has moral character,employment conflict brought by labor substitution of artificial intelligence.The fourth chapter discusses the causes and essence of the ethical problems of artificial intelligence according to the problems raised in the previous article.The causes include:The limitations of the artificial intelligence technology,the lack of ethical rules,the imperfect supervision system and the misunderstanding of artificial intelligence.The essence of the ethical problems of artificial intelligence is the ethical status of artificial intelligence,the problem of responsibility,the environmental ethics and the interpretation of the philosophy of science and technology.In the fifth chapter,the author gives the corresponding countermeasures through the analysis of the ethical problems in the previous article.The development of philosophy,the ideological guidance of artificial intelligence to improve scientists' moral quality,improve people's scientific literacy to correct understanding of artificial intelligence,through the development of legislation,the development and application of artificial intelligencetechnology,scientific management of artificial intelligence products to construct artificial intelligence technology ethics and development principles;the sixth chapter is the conclusion.In conclution,in the face of the leap of AI technology,we should always do the work of technical introspection,constantly summarize problems and take corresponding strategies,so that we can skillfully make artificial intelligence technology take advantages and avoid disadvantages,and better benefit mankind.
