The Research On Network Ethics Of Contemporary China

As the widely application of network technology used in society, the traditional social structure and people’s way of life and work have been affected and changed. The network society has been formed with the rapid development of computer network. Network technology has made people out of loneliness and isolation by computer, forming a network space that lead in all directions-Cyberspace, then formed the network society.Network society, as the second living space of people, has brought us a totally new modern civilization. However, when network brought us great convenience, it has also aroused a series of ethical problems, such as the alienation of interpersonal relationship、the lack of apathy of moral emotion、he uncontrolled dissemination of harmful information、serious threat to personal privacy and so on. This paper takes Chinese traditional ethical core-good and evil as its theoretic foundation. Discussion on the principle of social responsibility of network ethics and personal moral standard from the theoretical perspective, emphasis the contemporary Chinese network social ethics on concepts of "responsibility" and credit, and combining the current situation of Chinese network society, to explore the strategies and measures for constructing the harmonious network society.This paper combines China’s national conditions and the net situation, mainly analyses the network ethics problems root from four aspects:technological root, theoretical root, reality root, and subject root. This paper analyses the moral anomie phenomenon from the perspective of ethics, emphasizing the effect of self-discipline and heteronomy, recognize the good and evil in the network society, realize the legitimate and illegitimate, and bring about the harmony between people in network society. This paper proposes that we should follow the basic ethical principles, such as the people-oriented principle, equality and mutual benefit principle, honest and trustworthy principle in the construction of harmonious social ethical system of the network.This paper discusses the way and strategy to the construction of harmonious network society. First we should develop people’s network ethics awareness, such as strengthen subject consciousness, responsibility consciousness and regulation consciousness of the main body of network. Secondly, in the social practice of network, people should strengthen self-discipline, self-protection and self-perfection, update the concept of network ethics, and promote the development of the network society and the real society at the same time, so as to build a harmonious network society. Finally, this paper proposes to consolidate the network moral self-discipline, advocate mainstream network ethics, improve the network technology, reinforce the network legislation and enhance international cooperation of the network ethics construction.
