These studentswere measured with self-designed general information questionnaire, UniversityStudents’ Professional Commitment Scale, University Students’ Learning Burnout Scaleand Adolescences Time Management Disposition Scale.Results:①Professional commitment level of clinical students is significantly higherthan the nursing students, but the scores of behavioral unsuitableness and low personalaccomplishment is lower.②C linical students’ professional commitment status is shownas below: Male student’s normative commitment is significantly lower than femalestudent. The normative commitment and continuance commitment scores of the students whose home income is over10,000RMB are significantly lower than lowincome students. The score of freshman in each dimension of professional commitmentis significantly higher than that of students from other grades. The scores of Junior andsenior students’ continuance commitment and normative commitment are lower thanthat of freshman and sophomore. The professional commitment scores of the studentswho want to further their study are higher than that of other students. Ideal commitmentscore of the students who think the doctor-patient relationship is bad is lower than thosewho think the relationship is good.③N ursing student professional commitment statusisshown as below: The normative commitment, affective commitment and continuancecommitment scores of male students are apparently lower than that of female students.Normative commitment score of Junior students is lower than that of freshman andsophomore. Continuance commitment score of the students who want to further theirstudy is higher than that of other students. Ideal commitment score of the student whothink the doctor-patient relationship is bad is lower than the students who thinkrelationship is good.④P rofessional commitment and learning burnout relationshipareshown as below: Professional commitment of clinical students is negatively correlatedwith learning burnout. Affective commitment can provide the prediction function indexto emotional turndown and behavioral unsuitableness, and affective commitment andideal commitment can provide the prediction function index to personalaccomplishment. Professional commitment of nursing students is negatively correlatedwith learning burnout. Affective commitment can provide the prediction function indexto learning burnout.⑤Professional commitment is positively correlated with timemanagement, and professional commitment can provide the prediction function index totime management.Conclusion:The level of medical stdents’ professional commitment is not high,especially nursing undergraduates. The professional commitment level of senior studentand male nursing students needed to improve. The professional commitment is related to learning burnout and time management.
