| Social transformation, technical progress and management innovation bring new changes with IT stuffs of enterprises in new era. Job burnout is a common existence phenomenon, which can affect the organization's efficiency. Therefore, the research on job burnout has attracted more and more attention and increases quickly. Many domestic researches on job burnout are about the teacher, the nurse etc, rarely on IT stuffs. This research studies on the job burnout of IT stuffs.In the other hand, since Time Management Disposition Scale, was publishde,Time Management Disposition had become a important topic in China. A series of empirical researches was conducted in high schools or in colleges, but not in IT stuffs.452 IT staffs were assessed in this study. It explored the status of time management disposition and job burnout. In the same time, it discussed the relationships of locus of control, work-family conflict, time management disposition and job burnout. In the other side, this study explored the influence of the locus of control on time management disposition on the formation and development of job burnout.The time management disposition scale, locus of control scale, work-family conflict scale and job burnout questionnaire was used in this study. All effective data were analysis by the means of descriptive statistics, multivariate analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis.The major results indicated that:1 Time management innovation of IT stuffs:compared with other stuffs,IT stuffs shows significant diference on the dimension of time arrangement,time autoregulation and the trend of confusion.2 The job burnout of IT stuff:As a special job stuffs,the ratio of IT stuffs who have emotional exhaustion is 15.7%, the ratio of IT stuffs who have depersonalization is 46%,the ration of IT stuffs who have reduction of personal accomplishment is 37.8%.3 As far as gender,ages educational level,station of healthy,working life,position showed signi- ficant diference on the dimension of job bornout in IT stuffs. The ages,working life,station of healthy,the level of income showed significant difference on the emotional exhaustion of IT stuf- fs.Different ages,educational level,position showed significant different on the personal accompl- ishmen of IT stuffs. Different ages,educational level,professional background,the level of income showed signficant difference on the depersonalizatio of ITstuffs.4 Different gender,ages,stations,working life,the level of income showed signficant difference on the goal install,Different the level of income showed signficant difference on time arrangement; Different ages,educational level,stations showed signficant difference on the time autoregulation; Different gender,ages,educationl level showed signficant difference on the trend of confusion. Different professional background,overtime,the level of healthydid not showed signficant diffe-rence on the timemanagement innovation of IT stuffs.5 The three dimension of time management disposition:time autoregulation,goal install,time arrangemen,had a signficant negative correlation with the three dimensions of job burnout (p<0.01, p<0.05),and had a significant positive correlation with locus of control(p<0.01);and had a sign-ficant negative correlation with work-family conflict (p<0.05).Locus of controland had a sificant negative correlation with the three dimensions of job burnout (p<0.01, p<0.05)andwork-family conflict (p<0.05);and had a a significant positive correlation with the three dimension of time ma-nagement disposition:time autoregulation,goal install,time arrangement (p<0.05).6 Locus of control played a moderating role between management innovation and job burnout. |
