Research On The Service Function Of Liaoning Writers Association

Literature is the soul of culture. The prosperity and development of literature, to a certain extent, determine the prosperity and development direction of culture. Writers association as a people group under the leadership of party, takes a great responsibility in the writers and literary workers unity and promoting development of socialist literature. But along with the rapid development of society, the writer’s creation requirements and writer team’s structure needs have changed profoundly. Production, service, spread, and consumption form of literary are diversified. In face of the new situation and the new question, we need to continuously explore the new management system, operating mechanism, organizing form and activity pattern of writers association to continuously consolidate service functions of writers association. This thesis focuses on the work of writers association of Liaoning province, and centers on the the service of society, writers, and works. The function and current needs of the writers association displayed and analyzed systematically. Under the reference of advanced experience of other writers associations, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to promote the service functions of Liaoning writers association.This thesis includes six sections and the main content is as followed.Chapter1. Purposes and significance of the research of writer association function are expounded. The necessity of writer association work is explained. Solutions for shortage in writer association work are presented. These solutions will be important reference of leader’s decision.Chapter2. Three main functions of guidance of literature focusing the themes of society, discovering and training writers, supporting and making works of quantify of Liaoning writers association are set forth. The important roles of writers association lie in service of society and the people, advocacy of work diversification. Literature journal, writer training, sign writer, and writer group of Liaoning encourage the growth of writers. Supporting the important works, literary criticism, and experiencing life for writers boost the emergence of quality works.Chapter3.
