The government micro-blog has the vital significance for our governmentto the social management and administrative operations, although the government micro-blog has considerable scale, but there is still a gap compared with the current information needs of the netizen to the governments at all levels. How to improve the application level of thegovernment micro-blog, givingfull play to its service role to people and social, is currently an important topic worthy of study.From the linguistic perspective, currently a lot of the government micro-blog often appear cliche as well as the communications between government and the public are always rigid and inflexible, often causing public negative feedback. At present, more government began to learn how to communicate with the public directly better in140words. In this paper, the linguistic perspective, combined with relevant theory, from the analysis of text linguistics, pragmatics theory of governmentmicro-blog from discourse, pragmatics description,qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by using a large number of data, thus the government micro-blog language features are more systematic and macro grasp.Firstly, briefly introduces the history and development of E-government affair’s concept and micro-blog from two aspects:the industry distribution and department. According to the government micro-blog influence on the public opinion,discusses the impact of government micro-blog about the current social impact on social stability and the influence of the information transmission system in three aspects. The first chapter of this article made a comprehensive presentationabout this platform for the e-government micro-blog, to lay the foundation for the following analysis.Secondly, at the level of discourse, this paper from the two aspects of perspective form and content of government micro-blog made the analysis. The government micro-blog as a new type of electronic discourse, the propagation mechanism of the original,140words of text, in the form of showing the characteristicsof discourse miniaturization, visual and multimodal. At the same time, due to the discourse constraints from the contents of government micro-blog discourse ischaracterized by a topic consistency and coherence, we also use theme and rheme theory discourse on government micro-blog by content analysis.Finally, at the pragmatic level, this article has carried on the analysis to the gove rnment micro-blog discourse role types, conversational structure and principle of conversation. Nowadays, as the government micro-blog has more popular as a platform for political action and the main way communication between the public and the government agencies, if you want to achieve better results in the communication, it must be the role of the conversion, detached from their original social role discourse roles to equal status with the people. The government micro-blog in its conversational structures and principles also show its unique characteristics, government micro-blog communicative environment is different from the private micro-blog one, the government micro-blog mostly belongs to the public communication, obviously reflected on the social participation of high sensitivity.The social environment is changing nowadays, as well as the businessenvironment， the government micro-blog also constantly adapt to the needs of thetimes, making continual readjustment and change. We look forward to moreattention and research on government micro-blog language and governmentmicro-blog communication by more scholars.
