Without language, there is no human cognition. Therefore, language is important and possesses a special position. Language is an essential condition of philosophy and it is of great significance in philosophy. Husserl is one of the greatest philosophers in the20th century. This work is very concerned about the language problem, the study of "Logical Investigations" volume2begins by expression and meaning. Although the language problem is not at the core of Husserl’s philosophy system, it is appeared as the premise and foundation of phenomenology. But this does not affect Husserl’s phenomenology of language analysis and theory of meaning plays an important role. This paper mainly explores Husserl’s philosophy of language. By analyzing the primordial position of Husserl’s philosophy of language, clears language’s position in Husserl’s phenomenology. The triple division of language statement activity in Husserl’s phenomenology revels how language expresses the world. After compared with the analytical philosophy, phenomenology reveals the essence of symbols especially the language phenomenon from the phenomenological perspective. Husserl’s phenomenological language analysis and the theory of meaning are different from the previous analysis and have a significant impact. Through the interpretation of Husserl’s philosophy of language, the essence of language is re-examined from the phenomenological perspective. Husserl’s philosophy of language and its nature become more transparent. This is the ultimate goal of this paper.
