| Ningxia is a place with profound history and culture, and there is also enthusiasm on literature from a long time ago. From Zhang Xianliang to "the Three Trees of Ningxia", the young novel writers’rising witnesses the miracle of literature happening on the the desolate land. The young novel writers’ all work hard and create a series of literary works which have strong style of the northwest. This thesis makes3aspects, the rising of the young novel writers’ in Ningxia,themes of the novels, characteristics of the novels.The first chapter discusses "local complex","northwest complex" and the multi-culture in the young novel writers’ works. The second chapter mainly discusses living and survival, values and beliefs, nation and history. The third chapter analyses the narrative strategies, images and atmosphere, and the language characteristics of the novels. |
