In recent years, the metacognitive theory application in the teaching has always been a research focus in the second language teaching. But compared with other domestic second language teaching, training of metacognitive strategy in Chinese as a foreign language has not been seriously. With more and more Chinese language learners pay attention to the new HSK, the metacognitive strategies for HSK research needs to be added. As a graduate student of Chinese international education, the author hopes to make a contribution to this field.This paper is divided into two parts:the first part is to analyze historical HSK to summarize for HSK metacognition optimization strategy; The second part is the Data Analysis to metacognitive strategy training improve the efficacy of HSK scores.With some typical cases in the first part, the author points out the optimization of metacognitive strategies. Vocabulary training put forward "the word relationship", this method includes two categories, one is the "meaning related", the second is "appearance related". Reading comprehension Angle proposed the "read back", including "structural transformation","retrieval" and "abbreviation, expanding and explain generalization" at a time.In the second part, the author take "the word relationship" and "read back" as the core,take a metacognitive strategy training about HSK to23participants for8hours, and has carried on the quantitative analysis of the result of the questionnaire survey to the following conclusion.In the the four dimensions,monitoring plan, exam evaluation, process monitoring, and test questions understanding. Before training, only process monitoring and test questions understanding strategy achieved general use frequency, the other in a state of low frequency.After training, the participants reached generally use frequency in all types of strategies, the monitoring plan and the process monitoring both have a big wage increase. The before and after test results of HSK mock exam shows that metacognitive strategy training do contribute to the achievement of HSK.
