With the rapid development of China’s economy, Chinese hot topic is already the world, Allover the world the Confucius institute and Chinese training course of Chinese teaching in fullswing, and foreign students studying Chinese in China is also more and more. The author hasconducted in South Korea after a year of Chinese language teaching, High school Chineselessons in South Korea is set to one of the compulsory courses in many years ago, Chinese is agreat advantage when applying for work, have obtained a certificate of HSK level candidates aredominant in the work to apply for. Certificate of Chinese proficiency test (HSK) level is one ofthe world reflects the highest certificate of the gold content in Chinese level, this certificate isalso the most intuitive reflect the level of Chinese learners of Chinese. In1984began to developsince the HSK, until1984the new HSK test, HSK so far has a history of nearly30years, thenew HSK examination reflects the HSK exam again on a new step, now has become a neck andneck and TOEFL, GRE is one of the world affect the authority of the second foreign languagetest.The second language teaching, oral English teaching has been one of important lesson type.Can intuitively the most directly reflect the level of Chinese learners of Chinese are Chinesespoken language expression. The author through to the old and new outline of HSK speaking testin the test principle, rank, and the content into several aspects has carried on the comparison andanalysis. By means of advanced oral English class the student to carry on the new HSK advancedoral test requirements of questionnaire survey, combined with the characteristics of the new HSKadvanced oral exam "combination", for the new HSK speaking test is scientific and explore thesignificance to the orientation of advanced oral English teaching. In order to further promotesenior oral English teaching, the author investigates the present conditions of current senior oralEnglish teaching, something of the Confucius institute at the university of respectively, theConfucius institute at the university of east Asia and ShenYang normal university, Englishteachers from questionnaires and interviews, the problems on the current situation of senior oralEnglish teaching are analyzed. In view of the new HSK advanced oral exam guidance role,senior oral English teaching to the teaching emphasis, teaching methods and teaching materialsto write on. This paper mainly divided into five chapters to discuss. First chapter elaborated thebackground and significance of this topic, reading journals, academic papers, writing, on thebasis of the objective of research and put forward the research plan; Second chapter through thecomparison and analysis of old and new outline of HSK speaking test, through to the senior oralEnglish learners’ oral test demand investigation, analysis of the new HSK scientific nature andthe guidance of senior English teaching; After the third chapter through analyzing the new HSKexam outline on the basis of the test characteristics, for the guidance of senior oral Englishteaching in detail; The fourth chapter investigation about the present situation of the senior oralEnglish teaching, and an analysis of the causes for the existing problems; The fifth chapter, theauthor from the teaching key, teaching method and teaching material write several aspects, thispaper expounds the new HSK advanced oral examination for senior oral English teachingenlightenment.
