"(X) caiguai" is a fossilized structure of modern Chinese spoken language used in the higher frequencies. Explore systematically can help us understand the syntax and semantics of features, accordingly, it make communication parties in verbal communication process to achieve the realization of communicative intention and the purpose of communication successfully. This paper investigate the syntax, semantic features, function of "(x)caiguai" from different perspectives, moreover,and explain the internal origins which can restrict the "(x)caiguai". This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the research status of "caiguai", and defines " caiguai" as a "fossilized structure". Then explain the corpus sources and research methods.Chapter2discuss the external forms of "caiguai" sentence which means the subjective and negtive inference:"caiguai" alone,"X caiguai" single sentence,"X caiguai" clause, the focus is on the "X" in the inquiry. And analyze their types of tone.Chapter Ⅲ Analysis the semantic features of "caiguai " sentence which means the subjective and negtive inference. Their common semantic feature is the negativity of semantic. And finally compare it with the negative sentences and the rhetorical questions in the strength of the semantic aspects.Chapter Ⅳ discusses the pragmatic value of "caiguai" sentence which means the subjective and negtive inference,then, analyze the "caiguai" pragmatic features from four aspects:colloquialism, subjectivity and large subjective quantity, anti-expected markup,focus highlights.The fifth chapter compare "caiguai" sentence which means the subjective and negtive inference with "caiguai" sentence which means the subjective evaluation from structure, semantics, pragmatics to get their similarities and differences. Finally, this article point out the oen shortcomings.
