Study On The Subjective Small Quantity Format Of "也就是+NP_含量"

This study takes the subjective small quantity format of “也就是 + NP (含量)” as research object. The form is investigated from form features, inside meanings and expressive function, and is compared with the format of “也就是+ NP (含量)”.The study consists six chapters, including:Chapter 1 determines the research object, reviews the previous studies on subjective quantity and “也就是”, states research methods,research purpose and data sources.Chapter 2 examines the form features of “也就是 + NP (含量)”. Analyzing the form features of “也就是” and “NP (含量)”, reviewing the syntactic characteristics of the format,Chapter 3 analyzes the inside meanings of “也就是 + NP (含量)”. Analyzing inside meanings about “也就是, and “NP (含量)” exploring the format meanings “也就是 + NP (含量)”,discussing the subjective small meanings of the format from categories, source,expressions, subjective degreeChapter 4 discusses the expressive function of “也就是 + NP (含量)”.By researching the tone that is conveyed by “也就是+ NP (含量)”,which includes emphatic tone,restraining tone and disparaging tone, to interpret the expected information of the format.Besides, the study attempts to explore the counter-expected information function of“也就是+NP (含量)”.Chapter 5 compares “也就是 + NP (含量)” with “也只是+NP(含量)” form features,inside meanings and expressive function ,and explores the similarities and differences about two formats.Chapter 6 is a conclusion, which includes the summary and the deficiency on the whole study.
