The Research Of The Phenomena Of Network Language Based On The Postmodern Theory

In recent years, with the advent of the Internet and the emerging of network language, pear style, Taobao style and VANCL style which named as "XX style" become popular. The so-called network "XX style", is referred to a language phenomenon which has a logo vocabulary or common sentence structure or a specific language style. The main production mode of "XX style" is parody, and it usually originated from the comments on the social networking site, the works of film and television advertising, social hot events and some literary works. They can be divided as original work and pastiched work. Nowadays, the typical network "XX style" includes Zhen Huan style, Taobao style, roaring style, VANCL style, MaShang style etc. From the micro perspective, the development of network "XX style" phenomena could not be separated from the support of technical means and the vigorous growth of network language; but if we expand our vision to the macro level, with the help of social context behind the phenomenon, we will have a better understanding of this phenomenon.In this paper, we focused on the network "XX style", on the research perspective of postmodern theory, by the means of sum, list, data analysis and other research methods, aim to analyze the postmodern characteristics of the network "XX style" which influenced by postmodernism,and what social influence could these characteristics caused. The first chapter is an overview of the network "XX style", we discussed the source of the network "XX style", the connotation, and then some researches on the classification, these can give us an outline of the network "XX style". The second chapter introduced the postmodern theory, summarize the origin of postmodernism and its controversy, analysis postmodernism and its influence in China, then,on that basis, we discuss the feasibility and practical significance of studying on network "XX style" in the reference of postmodernism theory. The third chapter mainly discusses the postmodern characteristics of the network "XX style", namely heterogeneity, debris characteristics, plane characteristics and carnival characteristics. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the social impact caused by postmodern characteristics of the network "XX style". The positive effects are the promotion of self identity, the resolution of media authority, and still, it can act as a social psychological mirror. The negative effects are the self segmentation, traditional moral deviation and the enjoyment of entertainment to death.This paper makes a systematic summary on the network "XX style" combined with the postmodern context. It broadens the theory research perspective of the network "XX style", on the other hand, this phenomenon can be an example demonstrated the influence of postmodernism Chinization.
