Introduction To Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection And Inheritance About Luohe City

China is a cultural heritage power, in recent years, China community set off a wave of application for world cultural heritage, it is so hot that each region is scrambling to apply for world cultural heritage. However, get the title is not very lucrative business, our ultimate aim is to protect the excellent traditional culture and develop it generations. Cultural heritage includes material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage, material life is becoming more and more developed today, while our spiritual life slightly dull, a lot of traditional culture is being ignored or forgotten, this phenomenon need to cause our attention. The city of Luohe is rich in intangible cultural heritage projects, it is located in the south central of Henan province, which has a long history. A lot of intangible cultural heritage have been included in the list of municipal, seven was listed in the provincial intangible cultural heritage list, but also one entered the list of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects.Luohe did a lot of effort in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, but there still exist some problems, those problems should not be ignored,such as special protection fund input is insufficient; excellent skill lack of inheritance; regional special laws and regulations construction lag, the protection mechanism is not sound; attention degree is not high, cultural identity is not strong,etc. This paper mainly from the actual situation of Luohe city, combined with the problems arising from the non-material cultural heritage protection work, from seven aspects such as the policy, funding, transfer people training to talk of Luohe city non-material cultural heritage protection and inheritance. In short, we should let the non-material cultural heritage "alive", everyone should actively participate in and protect it.
