Interpersonal trust lays a solid oundation for human interaction, which belongs to behavioral expectation of social members. Because of multiple forms of social pressure, it is likely that interpersonal trust predicts human social life, then the cooperation between people can be established. It can strick a balance between the individual and the group interests. However with the development of social economy, trust crisis emerges. Trust is closely interwined with risk, and in reality the external conditions of risk appearance are internal assessments from trust, and risky decisions with limited rationality made in uncertain communication situations. In China, the establishment of interpersonal trust is based on differential principle. How is the impact of trust on risky decision? Whether is there an impact of differential principle on the final decision?Decision-making is the basic activity of human beings, which permeats through every aspect of human life, and all human behaviors are caused by decision-making. The Expected Utility theory from Decision-making theory provides a set of fundamental assumptions and makes a discussion about individual preference for utility and utility propensity to in order to pursue the maximization of utility. How is the effect of risky propensity on risky decision? How is the level of interpersonal trust of people with different risky propensities? This thesis takes advantage of graduates as research subjects by the methods of questionnaire and experimentation in the form of mixed design of2*2*2to observe the impact of the level of interpersonal trust level (high or low), risky propensity (high or low) and different situations (with the accompaniment of acquaintance or stranger) on graduates’decision-making. Results based on the above-metioned methods show that:(1) Graduates’interpersonal trust level is related to their risky propensity. The higher the level of graduates’interpersonal trust is, the higher their risky propensity is, on the contrary, the lower the level of graduates’interpersonal trust is, the lower their risky propensity is.(2) In risky situations, graduates with high risky propensity work harder than graduates with low risky propensity, and compared with graduates with low level of interpersonal trust, graduates with high level of interpersonal trust are more cooperative.(3) In familiar contexts, graduates whether with low or high level of interpersonal trust are more cooperative.
