On The Aesthetic Characteristics Of Xiao Hong’s Novel Children Perspective Narrative

Xiao Hong is the first woman writer in the new history of literature in Northeast of China. Meanwhile she is also one of the most prominent writers in the Chinese literature history in the twentieth century. Lu Xun, called "National Soul ", once praised Xiao Hong as the most potential woman writer.In the1980s, there once had a research rush on Xiao Hong. For that, Xiao Jun said, as for such a brilliant writer, who just was engaged in writing for just ten years, contributed so much to our literature career in so many aspects. Therefore, we indeed need a deep reflection. For the half of a century, the literature of Xiao Hong gradually aroused the interest of the literature researchers. For a while, her literature became the hot topic at home and abroad.The research on Xiao was diversified. Some people were interested in her poetic novel and feminine sympathy. Some people did research on her "humorous aesthetics and artistic prototype" and so on. Later, many researches on her narratology arose, like female viewpoint and recall novel and irony narratology.As for me, I am more cared about her writers from the children point. In this paper, I am trying to do some research in the link between her articles and her children life. As we all knew, Xiao was not skilled at using children point in her articles. Therefore, predecessors ignored the importance of children point in her articles. I did some research on exploring the aesthetic characteristics. Based on theories about narratology and children psychology, I will analyze how the children point affected the writers’ works. Xiao created a literature world and understood human nature by using her own passion and love, and then knew the childhood of people.By using the children point, Xiao left lots of excellent literature works to us. She could naturally transfer her role from children to adults. She reflected the dark and backward country life in the northeast of China when she was a little girl. Meanwhile, she revealed the old traditions cruelly injured and killed people. She showed her great sympathy to the laboring people. During her ten years of writing, she gave the modern literature a new trend and the children point became the creation skill for modern writers.There are four parts in my article, preface, part one, part two and summary respectively.In the preface, I discussed the main situation of children point at home and abroad and explained the reasons why I wanted to choose such a point.In the part one, I mainly explored the aesthetic characteristics. I developed my idea from the following four aspects:selecting the source material, arranging plots, children imprinting and the sense of color in her works.In the part two, I mainly elaborated the meanings of her works in Chinese literature. I expounded this point from the following three points: childlike innocence, no duplicated mode, the sense of childlike color.In the summary, Xiao considered his literature creations as her religion. I firmly believe, Xiao and her works will become more and more popular due to her diversified aspects. Her works will be greatly recognized by a growing number of people.
