In recent years, the status of mental health on domestic floating children attracts more and more attention on the public, and has become the research subjects which developed richly.These studies (especially for domestic research) mainly concentrated in the importance of mental health education and intervention of the floating children (refers to the primary school children). The researches of floating preschool children’s mental health are less than the primary students. The fact proves that mental health of the floating preschool children can not be ignored.This study uses survey method which stratified sampling method.The survey includes six districts and counties in Changsha City within522children in six kindergartens(252floating children and270local children, for comparison, in the same kindergarten unified randomly selected local children roughly the same amount), the revised preschool children’s Psychological Health Questionnaire investigation. By comparing the floating children and local children in the demographic variables and the differences in the seven dimensions of mental health, to understand the floating preschool children’s psychological health status, to analysis countermeasures of psychological health problems of floating preschool children through correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that:1.Floating preschool children’s family (including family structure, occupation, family income,parents cultural level have significant difference with local children);2.Compare with local children,floating preschool children’s emotional disorder, character flaws, conduct disorder have significant differences;3.The type of kindergarten has a significant effect on the mental health status of floating preschool children, the mental health status of public kindergarten children is obviously better than the private kindergarten children;4.Main factors which influence floating preschool children’s emotional problems is the flow time,parents culture and sense of belonging; Main factors which influence the flow of children’s personality development is flow variables and social support; adaptation of flow pattern, flow time, relationship between parents, school level,discrimination perception of five variables influence the flow of children’s social;moral sense of social support, flow time, age, family income level of four variables influence the flow of children; interaction flow mode, perceived social support,age, flow time of four variables influence the flow of children; bad habits of flow patterns, sense of belonging, class, family income level of four variables influence the flow of children; flow mode, social support, age, time of flow of four variables together other barriers to mobility of children. In all the variables of effect, flow on the mental health status of floating children played the biggest role.Analysis of mental health status and causes of flow based on solving the problems of psychological health of children, children should seek countermeasures from three aspects of society、family and kindergarten.1.Society should provide policy support and spiritual support for floating family,increase the flow of family treatment, reduce social discrimination;2.Parents should create a harmonious family environment, improve their own quality,strengthen the communication of parent-child relationship;3.kindergartens should respect the development flow of infant mental health and floating preschool children’s healthy personality cultivation.
