| Mental health refers to"an individual can maintain a good state of mental efficiency in various environments,and can constantly adjust his internal mental structure in the interaction with the changing external environment to achieve balance and coordination with the environment,and gradually improve the level of mental development and personality traits"[1].The study found that there are protective psychological resources between the life events of migrant children and their mental health level to regulate the impact of life events on mental health.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to discuss whether the psychological elasticity factor,as a protective resource,plays a regulating role in life events and mental health,and try to put forward some educational suggestions to reduce the mental health problems of migrant children.In this study,411 migrant children were cross-sectionally studied with the Adolescent Life Events Scale,Adolescent Resilience Scale and Middle School Students Mental Health Assessment Scale.It was concluded that psychological resilience,as a protective resource,can reduce the impact of life events on mental health.Specifically,which factor of psychological resilience plays a protective role.After further data analysis and processing,we came to the following conclusions:(1)Life events that have a greater impact on migrant children are punished,followed by learning pressure and interpersonal relationships;The scores of migrant children in public schools are higher than those in private schools in interpersonal relationship,learning pressure and health adaptation factors.The only child’s interpersonal relationship score is significantly higher than that of the non-only child.(2)The mental resilience of migrant children is at a medium level,and the best performance is positive cognition;The emotional control scores of migrant children in private schools are higher than those in public schools.Male students scored higher than female students in emotional control.On the total score of psychological elasticity,grade 3 is higher than grade 2,grade 1 is higher than grade 2;The emotional control score of the only child is higher than that of the non-only child.(3)The detection rate of floating children’s mental health problems is high and there are mild mental health problems.Migrant children in public schools scored higher than migrant children in private schools on factors of hostility,psychological imbalance,interpersonal relationship,depression,learning pressure,maladaptation and emotional instability.Female students scored higher than male students in compulsion and hostility factors among migrant children.On the total score of mental health,the scores of grade two and grade three are higher than grade one.The non-only child scored higher than the only child on factors such as hostility,depression,learning pressure,psychological imbalance and anxiety.(4)The total scores of interpersonal relationship,learning pressure,loss,health adjustment,other and life events are positively correlated with all dimensions of mental health and their total scores;Punished and forced,paranoid,hostile,interpersonal tension and sensitivity,depression,learning pressure,maladjustment,emotional instability and mental health score showed significant negative correlation.(5)The total score of life events and its various factors are significantly negatively correlated with the total score of family support and psychological elasticity;Interpersonal relationship and learning stress factors are significantly negatively correlated with total scores of emotional control,family support,interpersonal assistance and psychological resilience.Loss was significantly negatively correlated with total scores of goal focus,emotional control,family support and psychological resilience.(6)The total score of resilience,emotional control,family support and mental health were significantly negatively correlated.Interpersonal assistance is significantly negatively correlated with paranoid ideation,hostility,interpersonal tension and sensitivity,depression,anxiety,learning pressure,maladaptation,emotional instability and other dimensions.(7)Emotional control factors in psychological elasticity play a regulating role between life events and mental health of migrant children.(8)Interpersonal assistance factors in psychological elasticity play a moderating role between life events and mental health of migrant children. |
