In recent years, as a new wave of cultural forces exudes vitality of the animation industry, just as our expectations to the animation industry, until November2013, China’s animation industry output value reached76billion, representing an increase of22.23%in2011. With relation to anime provoked frequent adverse events reported exposure, once again blew people’s discussion about the impact on children animation adolescents, violent and pornographic elements on the erosion of our country’s animation industry, animation development gradually reveal vulgarization tendencies. Therefore, this paper based on game theory, put audience perspective as a starting point to study the effects of vulgar audience characteristics generated animation, in order to find responses and solutions to anime vulgar phenomenon.Contents of this paper consist of the following four components:Firstly, the play theory of mass communication and vulgar cartoon analysis." Dissemination is the game" is the basic connotation of the play theory of mass communication, the main purpose is to inform that people themselves can immersion in the game. This paper distinct the social control and sexual selection, work and play as well as "self" and "self" of the play theory of mass communication, in order to understand the theory better. Meanwhile, this paper starting from a realistic consideration of the context of the development process vulgar cartoon animation in Japan and China as well as basic conditions.Secondly, audiences under propagation characteristics vulgar cartoon game theory analysis.
