| Han Fei’s literary concept is the product of his legalism theory. For practical purposes, Han Fei’s literary concept presents the attitude of denial literature as a whole, but Han Fei’s theory put the emphasis on "quality",which has a profound impact on the follow-up development of literature; Han Fei is known as a famous essayist, his has a deep comprehension on the functions and limitations of the language, which should be pay more attention to its importance. Han Fei deny the positive role of art in one hand, but on the other hand his prose has a very high literary achievements, the reasons for this paradox also need to be discussed in detail.Compared with previous research point of view, this paper pay less emphasis on its "anti-art" utilitarian values carry a value judgment, but starting from the method of embryology comprehensively explores the causes of Han Fei’s extreme concept from "Ceremony Disintegration "in the background and academic environment to start; then take a research on Han Fei’s understanding of human nature, to explore its positive effect on his negative attitudes towards literary; finally take a comparison with Taoism, Confucianism and Mohist literary concept which contribute to the foundations of Han Fei’s literary theory. |
