The Study On The Fortunetellers And Literati Friendship And Poem In Late Southern Song Dynasty

"Although the Confucianism is very respectable in Southern Song Dynasty, as well as the fortune telling, but the origin of people’s faith lying in the ghost." the fortunetelling is very popular in Song Dynasty, fortunetellers are also very popular in Song people’s life, and it has developed into an important social culture phenomenon. The art comes from life, the Chinese ancient poems have very rich culture implication, so this phenomenon is inevitably reflected in the poems, there are many poem describing the friendship between the fortunetellers and the literati, especially in the late Southern Song Dynasty.In the introduction part, the first is analyzing the current situation of the research, thus to get the meaning and value of the selected topic; the second is the definition of "literati" and "fortuneteller", thus to make sure the research object and research range, the definition of "literati" and "fortuneteller" in this paper adopt the broad definitions.This paper has three sections. The first section provides the general definition of fortunetellers in Song dynasty. Firstly it introduces of the development of the fortunetellers, and this mainly focus on the changes and development of the fortunetellers before Song dynasty, thus to better grasps the theme from a macro level. Then it analyzes the situation of the fortunetellers, including its name and characters.The second part is the analysis of friendship between the literati and fortunetellers. The first is the introduction of the general situation, the second is the analysis of the reasons, the third is the study of the interactive relationship between the literati and fortunetellers.The third part is the interpretation of the poem describing the friendship between the literati and fortunetellers combining the poetry text. Sending poems is an reflection of the interactive relationship between the literati and fortuneteller group, it will have the mark of emotion more or less. This part return to the text, the goal is analyzing the emotion reflected in the poems which was granted to the fortunetellers by the literati in late Southern Song dynasty.
