Analysis On The Band Compositing Technique Of Xuntian He ’DABO RIVER CAPRICE’

Xuntian He, as one of the most important modern composers, has created a great quantity of music works referring to Chinese Orchestral, Orchestral, chamber music, and film television music, pop music and so on since1980s. His Chinese Orchestral work named’DABO RIVER CAPRICE’is taken as the research target of this paper. We mainly focus on analyzing the Band System and Acoustic Music Texture, Melody Form, Sound and Music Form Structure, inductive his creation techniques summarize his effort in extending and continuing Chinese folk music ensemble and reveal his composing style in Chinese Orchestral works.This paper is consisted of three parts:the introduction, body of the text and conclusion. The body of this paper is structured as follows:Mr. He’s composing trajectory and achievements are introduced in Section1. In this section the background of his music work’DABO RIVER CAPRICE’is also described, which will help us understand his artistic creation and the content of this music work. Section2describes the extension of composing techniques from1950s to1980s through’DABO RIVER CAPRICE’. And the continuity of the composing techniques from1950s to1980s is summarized based on the analysis of’DABO RIVER CAPRICE’. In Section3the innovation of folk music ensemble composing techniques in’DABO RIVER CAPRICE’ is revealed by analyzing the Acoustic Music Texture, Melody Form, Sound and Music Form Structure of’DABO RIVER CAPRICE’.
