Gansu Province Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection And Inheritance

Culture is the continuation of blood and the spiritual home of all human being. Protection of cultural heritage has become the focus around the world. Non-material cultural heritage is non-renewable precious heritage; it is the crystallization of human wisdom, and bears the weight of the national spirit and the will of people all over the world, witness the rise and fall of the development and evolution of society. Namely, it is the splendid chapter in the history of mankind. Sports non-material cultural heritage has dual characteristics which other cultural norms don’t own; it not only in the construction of culture-powerful states and cultural province plays an important role but also promoted the development of the regional national fitness in China.I am self to the status quo of Gansu provincial sports non-material cultural heritage as the background, and the related data at home and abroad on the basis of theoretical research and case analysis; through the literature material method; induction and logic analysis on the distribution of Gansu provincial sports non-material cultural heritage; national belonging; the respect such as category style were investigated. According to the problems discovered and exploratory put forward Gansu province sports non-material cultural heritage protection policy and strategy. I draw the following conclusion:Firstly, After analyzing the characteristics of sports intangible cultural heritage projects in Gansu province, we come to a conclusion that is the sports non-material cultural heritage in Gansu province not only have the Non-material, dependence, diversity, regional, national, specificity, entertainment, but also has competitive, fitness, dangerousness and endangered situation.Secondly, Gansu provincial sports non-material cultural heritage practitioners and participants according to the requirements of the project classification has strict gender requirement.Thirty-four sports in Twenty-two intangible cultural heritage located in the county, Twelve located in the city (district), Classification:Dance Class Twenty-four, Class one Water, martial arts class four, class forces against an acrobatic category two, immediately Sports two.Thirdly, Gansu province sports non-material cultural heritage is a mixture of a diversified culture, it is composed of multiple ethnic groups or more organizations are intertwined together. These unique sports geographical features and national characteristics, including the sports dance; martial arts; equestrianism; Water sports and so on.Fourthly,unique geographical location, historical and cultural evolution, and the ebb and flow of population of several factors such as building the diversity and complexity of sports in Gansu province non-material culture characteristic, what’s more the local government pay less attention to it; ecological environment destruction; imperfect laws and regulations; backward economy level; lack of professional talents and the impact of foreign culture and the limitation of traditional model is the reasons of the lagging of sports non-material cultural heritage protection work in Gansu province.
