Study On The Protection,Utilization And Inheritance Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Non-material cultural heritage is in the spirit of creation and accumulated in the history of human culture,it is related to inheritance,connection and development of human culture and civilization.October 17,2003,the United Nations educational,scientific and cultural organization of the convention on the protection of intangible cultural heritage,marked the non-material cultural heritage protection act as a global cultural events,the Chinese government has officially joined the convention in 2004,and in 2011 the 11 th on the 18 th session of the standing committee of the National People's Congress voted through the act of intangible cultural heritage,for our country's intangible cultural heritage protection,utilization and inheritance of related work laid the foundation of law.On a world scale,foreign cultural heritage protection work started early,system more perfect,more experienced,the representative countries include Japan,South Korea and France.Though our country starts relatively late,but there are some provinces and regions,such as jiangxi,guizhouqiandongnan prefecture,tianjin,etc.)in the aspect of non-material cultural heritage protection and utilization of the great achievements,not only to achieve the win-win situation of protection and development,and promoted the local people's cultural consciousness,gave rise to the related cultural industry,driving the development of the regional economic,is worthy of reference study.Is introduced in this paper,starting from the background of globalization,the domestic and international protection for material and cultural heritage of historical origin,the practice of selecting representative countries and regions as an example,together with the present situation of protection of jilin province,for less productive projects varieties,it is difficult to adapt to the demand of the masses,reiterated the phenomenon of light protection,low degree of marketization,into the service management project efficiency is not enough balance,intangible products consumers need further development,protect intangible project subsidy funds inadequacy,analyzing the problems such as put forward countermeasures to improve the government role and defect,recommend laying solid foundation work,strengthen infrastructure construction,improve the personnel training system,improve people the overall quality of the team and management team of inheritance,mobilize social forces to actively participate in and so on,hope to jilin province non-material cultural heritage protection,utilization and inheritance work.
