Under the influence of the reform and opening up, Chineseeconomic develops rapidly and so does the trade with other countries inculture, education, tourism. In recent years, foreign tourists and scholarscome to China and they eager to learn Chinese language and cultural.Chinese language education and the tourism are facing unprecedentedchallenges and is imminently promoted. Currently, the Chinese languageeducation in our country is a great development and prosperity. However,the teaching of Chinese tourism is still in the development stage career.The type of tourism Chinese textbooks, teaching materials and articleschoreographed manners is relatively simple. Travel Chinese textbookshave not an overall system and the materials are also obvious presenteddiscontinuities. Therefore, accelerating the development of Chinesetourism has become a top priority. Former scholars have given theproposed framework and suggestions about improving the teachingmaterials, but have never put out advices on Chinese tour textbooks andother aspects of the preparation and selection of courses designed toprepare the program and the overall system. According to thecomparative study of Chinese language communication, functions andcultural projects and other projects, this paper is trying to figure out the principles of governing the preparation of textbooks followed. Throughthe comparison of "Travel Chinese commonly known" and "ExperiencingChinese travel articles", and based the use of materials, objects, theteaching objectives and materials, the author conducts a comprehensiveoverall positioning and gives the idea of writing Chinese tourismtextbooks.This paper takes the writing principles of a foreign languagetextbook as the yardstick, based on the teaching vocabulary, thecommunicative function and after-school exercises, etc., the writeranalyzes the contents of two textbooks written in the textbooks andcultural. Due to the strong application of Chinese tourism, culturalprojects involving a wide diversity of situations and other characteristics,the preparation process of the textbook should be targeted and practical.The following points should be paid attention to when writing teachingmaterials: profiles are practical; explaining grammar usage should befocused on; besides tourism jargon to explain, we must also targetedexpansion and extension.In order to meet the needs of teaching and learning, the paperpresents some ideas on writing new tourism business Chinese textbooks:the principle of combining theory and practice, scientifically subdivisionand timely supplement the function of Chinese tourism projects; scenedialogue set to note the times, real-time updates and refracted through the text reflected the cultural content of the text; strengthen culturaltransmission, in order to establish to help learners to develop asatisfactory verbal strategies. Teaching choreography should combinetheory and practice, the use of scientific theories will feature Chinesetourism projects subdivision supplement; choreography real dialoguescenes, cultural background through text export to strengthen culturalpenetration, establish and improve the verbal strategies and functionalsystem.
