Intangible Cultural Heritage is the excellent cultural resource of our nation,the abundant cultural elements in is also play an important role in the development of culture industry and modern tourism industry.Productive protection means inheritors transform the cultural resource into economic merchandise and service by using labor tools and special artistry to meet people’s material,cultural and spiritual need,in order to achieve the purpose of live-theological,conscious and positive protection.Now,how to set up a scientific and reasonable protection system, leading general public’s positive participation,how to ensure a benign development of Intangible cultural heritage within the framework of modern market economy system,how to avoid the lost of artistry resulting from the factors of inheritor’discontinue,shortage of fund,depletion of raw material and so on,all of the above have become a significant issue of government and society.This paper starts form the view of government-lead protection mode,systematically sums up the present status and difficulties we have met. Then under the premise of a great deal of deep investigation and research in AnHui province,it introduces the foreign successful experiment in protecting Intangible cultural heritage.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures including government management,enterprise operation,inheritor system construction,raw resource supply and fiscal support policy.All of those wish to provide some useful practice reference in the development of productive protection of Intangible cultural heritage.
