The inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has realistic and far-reaching significance for the cultural rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The idea of productive protection is the bold and innovative way for China's protection ideas of intangible cultural heritage to shift from the traditional “passive protection” to “active production” in the past decade.Based on the current background of the times,this research follows the context of“ex ante–in the event–after the event”.Through observations,interviews and other means,the paper combines with typical cases,analyzes Changsha's difficulties,and summarizes Changsha's experience.At the same time,the paper further analyzes the operational mechanism of urban intangible cultural heritage production protection,reveals its operational logic,and explores its academic significance.In the research content,analyze the operational mechanism of urban intangible cultural heritage productive protection,explore the operational logic of urban intangible cultural heritage productive protection,reflect on and respond to the academic controversy focus in the practice of urban intangible cultural heritage production protection.It includes the problems of originality,the unity and diversification of evaluation standards,the relationship between government support and market regulation in intangible cultural heritage management,and the support of building productive protection.Based on the experience of Changsha,this study proposes three main ideas for the productive protection of urban intangible cultural heritage: the promotion of productive protection from strategy to strategy;The protection and development of ideas from instrumentalism to functionalism;Turn to overall development.In the aspect of the guiding ideology of the Middle View,the five ideas of the culturally oriented urban rejuvenation concept are guided: To promote the integration of intangible cultural heritage into the modern urban economic system with the guidance of consumption and productivity;Guided by popular culture,enhance the cultural identity of all citizens towards the city;Guided by scientific and technological innovation,actively promote the integration of modern technology and intangible cultural heritage skills;policy-oriented,coordinate multi-sectoral promotion of intangible cultural heritage standardized management;use law as a framework to supervise protection and development of intangible cultural heritage.In terms of the specific implementation path,the above five ideas are also specifically developed.In the conclusion part,this study summarizes the “Changsha mode”,based on which it constructs a production mechanism for the production protection of urban intangible cultural heritage in the universal paradigm: Urban intangible cultural heritage's production protection is the road of cultural rejuvenation led by the government;The inheritors achieve the survival and development of intangible cultural heritage by adapting to the environmental requirements of different eras;The intangible cultural heritage enterprises seek a path of development between government support and the development of economic value of intangible cultural heritage;Scholars through the academic channels for productive Protection plays an active role in making suggestions and suggestions;Civil organizations of intangible cultural heritage reflect the existence of forms greater than content in the practice of productive protection.This study believes that the main logic of the transition from passive protection to active productive protection in urban intangible cultural heritage is the revival path from the comprehensive “conflict” to the comprehensive “fusion”.It is believed that the intangible cultural heritage protection under the leadership of the government reinterprets the modern significance of urban traditional folk culture;The market carrier realizes the change of urban spiritual memory to material materialization of intangible cultural heritage;The organic integration of modern technology and traditional skills has realized the modern continuation of the intrinsic spiritual value of the city.Combined with practical research and based on theoretical basis,this paper finally summarizes the future trend of urban intangible cultural heritage and development-the construction of "urban cultural destiny community".The practice of urban intangible cultural heritage production protection is an open and initiative way of innovation and integration.It is the traditional culture and modern culture to learn from each other and exchange with each other in the conflict,and complement each other with tolerance,openness and innovation.This is also the realistic reflection of the idea of cultural mutual criticism proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the contemporary era.The construction of the "community of urban cultural destiny" is the trend of cultural self-reliance,cultural self-awareness and cultural self-confidence.In response to the theoretical basis of cultural self-confidence and cultural change.
