Research On Phenomena Of The Current Application Of Seal Carving

Seal carving has been widely used in our daily life through various routes and in different ways. This is a phenomenon to focus on and research when it comes to the current application of seal carving. The values of seal carving in daily use, on the one hand, lie on the expansion of its scope in the current social and cultural environment. On the other hand, the values lie on the decoration and beautification of our daily life as well as the promotion of our taste of life.By scrutinizing specific cases of seal carving use in daily life, a few questions that occur in this process are necessary to further discuss. These questions are mainly reflected in the following aspects:first, the phenomenon of "vulgarization" occurs in the application of seal carving in daily life. Second, art works of seal carving in our daily life are mostly the masterpieces of specialists in seal carving in dynasties of Qin, Han, Ming, Qing and modern China. However, few works of contemporary specialists could be found in our daily life. Third, with the development of daily use of seal carving, its values lie not only on the promotion of our taste of life, but also on the development of noumenon of the art of seal carving. However, this aspect is not fully reflected in the daily use.Even though there are problems existing in daily use of seal carving, criticism could only be made when fully acknowledging the positive values of seal carving. After all, this is a new phenomenon and topic derived from the current application of seal carving, which is full of values to exist and space to develop.
