The Research Of Feiming’s Poetic Theory

Fei Ming was a distinctive novelist, poet and scholar. He wrote, read and taught poems. He finally developed his own poetic theory. This thesis will tries research on Feiming’s poetic theory on the basis of his poetic criticism and his papers and easy, which were written before the foundation of the People’s Republic of China. This thesis will put Feiming’s poetic theory in a wild theory background to do a specific and deep research on it. This thesis includes four chapters. The first chapter will make a brief introduction on Feiming’s poetic criticism and his opinions on several important topics about New Poem. The second chapter will summarize and analyze the three basic elements of Feiming’s poetic theory——Feiming’s Mood Ontology, poetic creation theory and his poetic criticism theory, and try to contruct his poetic theory systerm. The third Chapter will analyze theoretical sources of Feiming’s poetic criticism theory, which includes the Buddhism’s, Zhou Zuoren’s and ancient Chinese literary theories’effect on Feiming’s poetic criticism theory. The last chapter will try to conclude the significance of Feiming’s poetic theory and point out its disadvantages.
