Korea, which call itself’Small China’not only emphasized the importance of confucian classic. but also made the Neo-Confucianism that was from China in southern Song dynasty because of the frequent communication as the dominant form of political rule. Zheng Daochuan, the founding hero of Korea, advocated by Neo Confucianism,Buddha worshiping Confucianism and suppression and achieved the purpose of political rulers by musicsystem setup, musical instruments in the North Korea’s initial. However, Ya instrument damaged and musicians went away because of the war in the late Korea, so there was "Xiang Tang payouts" situation because of the decline of Dasheng Yayue in the late Korea. So in the fifteenth Century, the rulers as Sejong in Korean court made the China music system was restored, and recovered "ceremony" according to the China classics "Zhouli" five etiquette content, which made the Korean court music follow the "Yin and Yang consistency" system. In addition, they also complete the fifteenth Century Korean court ritual music such as offering music and at the music by drawing lessons from the music system of" Yue Shu" that written by Chen Yang.This paper is divided into three chapters to be discussed: Part1, The content and characteristics of "Zhou Li" and "Yue Shu" by Chen Yang; Part2, The evolution of court music from the end of Korea to early North Korea in fifteenth Century; Part3, The reform of court ceremony music in Sejong period. This paper make a discussion by using literature-research methods, with the the help of book "annals of the Joseon Dynasty" and other books and records in this area. The paper aims to explore the origin of<Zhou Li> and<Yue Shu>by Chen Yang and comprehend the change of Korean court ceremony music by making the history of Korea in fifteenth century as a main line and lying down the offering music,’at’music, etiquette music etc.
