This article is composed of three parts by the introduction, body and conclusion. In which the introduction part stated this issue is the significance of the topic, research purpose, current research and the research methods, research scope. The body part explains and demonstrates the ancient court music of the Korean Peninsula formation and change process, which divided into four parts. The first part is source of the Korean court music institutions, where expounds the earliest ancient Korean peninsula palace music organization Eumseongseo, the development of the koryo period of important music institutions, and the comparison and source discovery between Eumseongseo and Daeakseo. The second part discuss the five important music institutions of Li dynasty initial stage and internal music officer set and agency relationship between each other, who are Jeonakseo, Aakseo, Bongsangsi, akHak and Gwanseupdogam. The third part is the confluence of music institutions of later period of Li dynasty includes the formation, function, declining and reconstruction of Jangagwon. We also dives deep into the cause for Music Institutions confluence. The last part is our thinking about ancient Korean court music institutional formation and change, which includes the Music institutions development trend analysis and the relationship among culture, history, etc.
