War Poetry At The End Of The Han Dynasty, In Time Of Three Kingdoms As Well As In Southern And Northern Jin

As for war poetries, especially at the end of the Han Dynasty, in the Time of Three Kingdoms as well as in southern and northern Jin, academic world mostly keeps an eye on researches to individual scholars like Cao Cao, Wang Can, Ruan Ji and so on. All these are lack of comprehensive and deep researches, even vertical comparisons of end of the Han Dynasty, Time of Three Kingdoms and southern, northern Jin. Macroscopically speaking, this thesis tries to analyze and discuss generally on ideological value and artistic style of war poetries. From unique analyses and statements, horizontal vertical comparisons, its transfer and development process will be announced. At microscopical point it concentrates on interrelation between war and poetry, for example the influence of war on affection and value of literators, on development history of poetry art and of creation on real wars, etc.The theme of this thesis is mainly divided into three parts. Quotation and introduction summarize firstly what war and war poetry are and actuality and meaning of relevant researches. The first chapter is to recount the origin of war poetry, which is on basis of thought and artistic expression to analyze, discussing about transfer on war poetries at that period to elegant-ode spirit, patriotism, realism, theme of happy and evil death, and several other expressions. Through a simple analysis and sort-out of origins, this development process will be clear. Value is the main point of next chapter, which can be approximately worked out into: heroic sentiment, perception of a drive towards achieving, consciousness and war-weary emotion. After analysis of content, its spirit value is open of presentation. Chapter Three is its specialty of art: coexistence of primitive simplicity and complexity, balance of expression of specific and emotion, bardian description, represent of magnificent situation and historic imagination style. This conclusion is based on various researches on artistic value to summarize the development trace.With idealistic value researched, the development of war poetries at that time is summarized and deeply analyzed. In a word, under holistic researches and comparisons, the key point of the thesis is aimed at war poetries at the end of the Han Dynasty, in the time of Three Kingdoms and southern and northern Jin.
