Object:In this study, based on the review of relevant theory and existing research results about justice sensitivity and moral judgment, by literature review, questionnaire interviews, statistical analysis and other research methods, we attempt to explore the individual differences of justice sensitivity and the relationship between justice sensitivity and moral judgment in the cuniversity students, accordingly a series of assumptions put forward.Method:Study1examined the reliability and validity of Justice Sensitivity Scale established by Schmitt et (2010), which was to explore its applicability to Chinese students;by exploring the relationship among demographic variables, big Five personality variables and justice sensitivity.Study2was to reveal individual differences in cuniversity students; through an experiment to explore the difference of the moral judgment of students with high and low justice sensitivity in different justice situation.Study3was to reveal the relationship between students’ moral judgment.Results:Firstly, tojustify individual difference of justice sensitivity, gender, grade, students, professional type, household income had a significant influence on university students’justice sensitivity.Sencondly, justice sensitivity was significantly correlated with personality. High justice sensitivity of students have more obvious agreeableness, responsibility and openness than the low ones. Low justice sensitivity of students have stronger personality characteristics such as emotional stability than the ones.Thirdly, individuals in different unfair situation had significantly different moral judgments, which was the same with individuals of different justice sensitivity.Fourthly, after watching the injustice video, high sensitivity of university students had a more severe moral judgment than the low ones.In high justice sensitivity of university students, the ones who had watched the injustice video made a harsher moral judgment than that who had watched the neutral video.Finally, there was a significant interaction of injustice contexts and gender on moral judgment. After watching the injustice video, there were more boys than girls tended to make immoral evaluation. The boys who had watched the injustice video made a harsher moral judgment than that who had watched the neutral video.Conclusion:Firstly, there were good reliability and validity on Justice Sensitivity Scale which was suitable for Chinese students.Secondly, the university students had a relatively high level of justice sensitivity.Thirdly, there were significantly individual differences on university students’justice sensitivity.Fourthly, there was relationship between justice sensitivity and personality.Finally, there was a significant interaction of injustice contexts and gender on moral judgment where there was a significant interaction of injustice contexts and level grouping of justice sensitivity.
